Chapter 8: Tools & Accessories

Complete accessories list, installation tools, and consumables for LPR/ANPR deployment

8.1 Accessories Overview

Successful LPR/ANPR deployment requires a comprehensive set of accessories, tools, and consumables beyond the core system components. Inadequate tooling and missing accessories are among the most common causes of installation delays and quality defects. The following accessories list diagram provides a visual inventory of all required items organized by category.

8.2 Complete Accessories and Tools List

The following table provides a complete itemized list of all accessories, tools, and consumables required for a standard single-lane LPR deployment. Quantities are per-lane unless otherwise specified. Adjust quantities based on the number of lanes and site-specific requirements.

8.3 Spare Parts Inventory

A minimum spare parts inventory must be maintained on-site or at the nearest service depot to meet the defined repair time objectives. The following table defines the recommended spare parts inventory for a system with 1–10 lanes. Scale quantities proportionally for larger deployments.
